Welcome to this blog, I am Andrés Felipe Camargo. Here You can find different English pieces of evidence produced during the process of the associate's degree in digital animation and a brief explanation of how each one of these has been useful in my process of learning and improving my second language as a plus in my professional development. It was the first evidence related to the English learning in the course, and its development was useful to acquire and improve skills introducing and describing different people, in this particular case, my three siblings. The evidence was a little difficult for me because I do not feel comfortable with my speaking and nor using the camera, but it is a good exercise to get confidence.

In developing of this evidence was necessary to make a description of the characteristics and specifications and general characteristics of the program of digital animation, with the development of this activity I was able to learn new vocabulary, using some technical terminology that is rarely used in casual conversations.

In this case, similar to the first english task was somewhat difficult for me due to the speaking, but also was a really good practice as a mock up interview. I think it is always important to take time to prepare yourself for the possible questions and answers in a professional interview.

In this case, It was necessary to get information about an important person in the animation, and who I chose was Hayao Miyasaki. At the same way that in the first evidence the idea was to make a description, but at this time it was only a writing exercise, using a timeline and highlighting important events for the industry of the animation that was achieved for the selected person.

The fifth evidence was related with a job application, not as a CV in this case, more as a first contact with a recruitment person by e-mail. I think always is important to know how to get a first contact in the job application environment and this evidence was one of I enyoyed more.
Audio. GA3-240202501-AA1-EV02:
The audio in this evidence was related to the attitudes, beliefs and obligations related to the area of study. Due to the nature of this evidence, as an audio, I do not have a previsualization of the development, nevertheless, it was necessary to use words as "have to, must or should" to express orders or requirements in a professional activity.
Finally, I want to talk about the exercise of creating a blog, which is exactly this evidence ( Blog. GA4-240202501-AA1-EV03 calificación ). This exercise is another way to apply my knowledge in the use of the English language and it was interesting revisit my previous activities to evaluate by myself how I was doing in the different activities, although in this case, only related to a foreign language. Even though I feel that I need to improve so much in my comunication, my fluency and get more vocabulary, also I think that I can feel happy about my progress using a language different to my native language.
